This collection is inspired by the enchanting Gifford’s Circus - a vintage village green circus. Helen has watched them perform with her sketchbook in hand, time and again. She wanted to create a group of porcelain pieces which could be played with like ceramic toys.

Using the circular ceramic vessel as the circus tent and props such as ladders and hoops, the trapeze artists can be moved around alternating between the props.

Bespoke pieces are one of kind, handmade by Helen.

Each piece is made from porcelain either on the potter’s wheel or hand built, then individually hand painted and glazed.
