Processing and Packing Orders, Coronavirus Update

Helen is able to work from home and is grateful for your continued support. The work shown on the website is in stock unless marked otherwise. Orders will be processed and packaged within 1-2 working days and shipped twice a week.

For Bespoke orders lead times are 3-6 weeks, a timescale will be agreed at the time of ordering. 

Ceramic pieces are packaged carefully to ensure safe transit.

United Kingdom

  • Delivery costs £5, via Royal Mail tracked or courier tracked.

  • Royal Mail tracked takes 2-3 working days, giving a total delivery time of 4-6 working days.

  • Free delivery on orders over £150, use code ‘FREEUK'.

Europe

  • Delivery costs £10, via Royal Mail tracked or courier tracked.

  • Royal Mail tracked takes 3-5 working days, giving a total delivery time of 5-8 working days.

  • Free delivery on orders over £200, use code ‘FREEEU'

United States and Rest of the World

  • Delivery costs £15, via Royal Mail tracked or courier tracked.

  • Royal Mail tracked takes 5-7 working days, giving a total delivery time of 7-10 working days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for costs or delays incurred as a result of events outside of our control.

Payment Options

This website is hosted by Squarespace. You pay securely through their shopping cart, payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We don’t receive your credit card information.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. 

To request a cancellation, please contact us before the item has been shipped. 

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, we use and recommend tracked postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition or packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. 

Due to the nature of Bespoke or personalised orders, we cannot accept returns on these items unless the item is damaged or defective.
